Spread The Good Vibe Around

It's the 24th day of February again. And I am very grateful that I am so happy today. One happy person can go a long way you know.

You influence the people around you. They will want to be happy too. Or at least feel less moody. Before you know it, everyone else is having a great day as they bump from one person to another who initially received the blessing of good vibe from you.

So it is my mission the whole day. Now that I'm smiling ear to ear. To spread the positive vibe among people and make them feel that it's not such a bad day after all.

Are you happy yet?

And also to be grateful of the laughter. The tears for touched and heartfelt moments. To be loved so much and to be able to love in return. Put aside everything for a minute and just allow yourself to feel.

To remember never to take anything or anyone for granted.

Resepi Di Bulan Febuari

Ahad lalu, saya masak lagi. Daging masak merah. Makanan yang selalu saya pesan tiap kali makan di kedai Melayu. Ada dalam senarai masakan dalam entri dulu.


Sebenarnya saya agak risau untuk masak masakan ini sebab saya cuma tahu pesan dan makan selama ini. Setelah guna taktik pencarian google saya yang agak hebat, begitu banyak rupanya resepi daging masak merah di merata laman web. Nasib saya baik.

Ia sepatutnya agak mudah. Tapi di sini saya mahu beritahu anda supaya tidak percaya sesuatu tanpa cuba terlebih dulu. Lebih-lebih lagi jika melibatkan masakan. Sesuatu yang agak lucu terjadi setelah saya bercadang untuk ikut kata salah seorang pemberi resepi. Daging masak merah yang saya masak ada rasa sirap merah. Si pemberi resepi cuba berkongsi cara selain dari mengunakan pewarna merah atas sebab-sebab kesihatan.

Selain dari rasa sirap, masakan saya kira ok juga lah. :-D
Saya akan cuba sekali lagi tanpa sirap sebelum Febuari berakhir.

Kalau berani cuba lah. Resepi seperti di bawah:

Bahan
300g daging (hiris nipis)
3-4 sudu besar sos tomato dan cili
3 sudu sos tiram

Bahan Hiris
1 labu bawang besar/merah
3 ulas bawang putih
3 cm halia
2 biji cili merah
2 biji cili hijau
2-3 lada kering (hiris besar atau dikisar)
3 keping daun limau purut

Cara
1. Rebus daging hingga lembut. Tos dan gaul dgn pewarna merah (jangan guna sirap).
2. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan daging. Goreng sehingga lembut.
3. Masukkan sos tomato, sos cili dan sos tiram.
4. Masukkan pula bahan hiris. Kacau dan gaul sebati.
5. Angkat dan hidangkan.

Air rebusan daging digunakan semula untuk kuah masakan.

Agak mudah kan. Mungkin untuk cubaan kali kedua saya hanya akan goreng daging hingga lembut dengan api perlahan. Saya akan fikir dulu sama ada akan mengunakan pewarna atau biar kan saja daging dalam keadaan perawan. Hi hi hi

Talk about shopping.

What i found out is that, two days of shopping is more than equal to a month of a car payment. And also that I'm a cup bigger. Err.

When i reach home, I took my time to get out from the car, listening to Elliot Yamin while scooping a McFlurry Berry hoping that each spoon will ease the guilt away.

Anyway, deep down I was actually grinning thinking about all the new stuff I bought while at the same time reminding myself to cut here and there this month. Hmm.

Moolah, Where Art Thou?

It has been quite some time since the last time I went shopping. I kind of miss it. Who doesn't right?

Sigh.

I am hoping my right palm would itch right now because that would mean that I am getting some extra money later. I really need a new pair of shoes and I have been eyeing this sexy transparent lingerie I saw a few times at the mall. Since then, I have been dying to get my hands on it. Anyway, you don't actually believe the part about it being transparent right? [ho ho ho]

Well, I have been the kind who do last minute shopping nowadays. I think that's because I don't really shop anymore so I do not have everything ready to go at home in case I need to do something or go somewhere at short notice.

There was this one time that I needed to attend some formal event and just a day before, I realize that I didn't have anything suitable to wear except for the old fashioned blouses and pants. That night, I bought a new pair of shirt with a black seamed skirt for a few hundred bucks.

I always thought that things are at ready but then I tend to change my mind at the last minute. I guess most of us girls are like that. Aren't we all? Suddenly the shoes doesn't suit or the color is too bright. At first we thought we want to look cute but the next thing you know, sexy is the way to go.

I love being a woman.
